A word about "remote working."
Yes, I currently live in Germany and this may put you off using my services, but it shouldn't. Even if you employ someone from the office around the corner, you may meet once at the beginning (for the sales pitch), after that, for most small to medium sites, all business will be done either by email or telephone.
